Todd Parr has a ton of excellent books that touch on sensitive topics in a playful way as well as some just-for-fun books. With a limited color palette of vibrant primary and secondary colors, the illustrations pop linking text and images. I love his sense of humor and simple dialogue that makes it easy for kids to understand. This book is a great addition to your Earth-day collection!
