The Pout-Pout Fish

A book about a fish who thinks he’s grumpy, but with the kindness of another fish, realizes he’s a happy fish.

I like this book mostly for the fun rhythmic text. Who hasn’t had a dreary-weary day and thought it would never end? The repetition of the words makes for good reading practice, and the story has a nice message of supporting each other.
